At ChicTresses, we strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Return/Replacement Window:
We offer a 48-hour return/replacement policy from the time of delivery.

Eligible Cases: You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is missing parts or incomplete

How to Request:
To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at chictresses3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags and accessories must be intact
  • Items should be packed properly to avoid damage during return

Important Note:

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • We currently do not offer refunds. We only provide replacements or exchanges

Processing: Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process. Replacement will be shipped after the product is received and inspected.
